Jumbo Ravioli

A regular rotation of traditional flavors of ravioli are produced such as cheese, spinach and mushroom. A local twist is added when Melina’s famous Pimento Cheese Ravioli are made. Gourmet varieties include Fig & Gorgonzola and, customer favorite, Lemon Ricotta.

  • Spinach and Cheese – Chopped fresh spinach, ricotta, pecorino, mozzarella, nutmeg
  • Lemon Ricotta – Fan Favorite – Ricotta cheese, lemon, parmesan, parsley in a spinach dough
  • 3 Cheese & Roasted Garlic – Blend of ricotta, provolone & pecorino cheeses with roasted garlic
  • Mushroom – Minced Porcini, Button & Cremini mushrooms mixed with ricotta & a hint of garlic
  • Pimento Cheese – Part of our Southern line! Pimento, cream cheese, ricotta, cheddar and special spice
  • Fig & Gorgonzola – Organic calimyrna figs with ricotta and Gorgonzola
  • Greek – Feta, spinach, lemon mixed with ricotta and green onions
  • Roasted Red Pepper & Feta – Savory feta mixed with roasted red peppers and ricotta
  • Pea Pancetta – Based on Melina’s favorite – Carbonara – Ricotta, black pepper, pancetta and peas
  • Burrata – Creamy burrata cheese mixed with ricotta and mozzarella
  • Sweet Corn & Mascarpone – Sweet corn, mascarpone, ricotta, pecorino and black pepper

  • Country Ham & Collards – Just like Grandma used to make – if she was called Nonna…Collard Greens mixed with country ham & ricotta
  • Pear Pecorino – Sweet minced pear mixed with savory pecorino and ricotta
  • Kalamata Olive – Minced kalamata olives, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest and ricotta
  • Pea & Mint – Mint and pureed sweet peas blended with ricotta & parmesan
  • Utica Greens – An upstate NY specialty – escarole cooked with hot cherry peppers, breadcrumbs and lots of parmesan & ricotta
  • Caprese – Sun-Dried tomato, basil, mozarella and ricotta – A summer favorite
  • Cheese Pizza – Just like those pizza rolls in the store but without the gunk. Ricotta, tomato sauce, oregano, mozzarella, pecorino

  • Melina’s Tomato Basil Sauce
    San Marzano style Italian tomatoes, garlic, sweet onions, fresh basil from the garden and a hint of red pepper and cooked for 3 hours for a natural sweetness. NO added sugar. Ever.

    • Sold Frozen in 2.5lb containers which can be popped right in the oven and cooked.
